Unread Words Have No Meaning.

"...It was said that his hatred for the living was so intense,
that his shadow would go out and kill while he slept...
And not return until he next awoke."
The Icy plain surrounding the stones is nice and bleak, the mist effect is very well imlemented and sets it off. It makes the picture look as cold as it would be, and you know by looking that even with the sun peeking through the distant cloud, it's a scant mercy against the bitterness of the winter.
Cloud choice was also well made. They are sparse and fragmented above the circle, as clouds tend to be on the coldest of days, and the distant dark and possibly snow laden clouds breaking open as if to let the slim rays of the sun through catch one of the meanings of the ritual well.
The winter is at its height on this day, from here spring can only draw closer and the winter diminish.
Well done

"Evolution didn't stop with us getting thumbs. There are a lot of metaphysical, spiritual, and emotional changes going on right now, and we're just trying to reflect that. We're not that different from Tori Amos" ~ Maynard James Keenan
